This is a request that came in over the summer. It was previously sent out to last years committee, however, we did not get enough responses to move forward with it. We will be treating it as a new request. For those of you that were on the committee last year and have seen the request, feel free to participate in the discussion, and watch for the poll to cast your vote.
Please keep in mind that we would like to have some discussion prior to voting, and there will be a poll added following the discussion. This is how the voting will take place. Please do not just add a "yes" or "no" comment to the thread as your vote.
With each request we will have 3 full (business) days for discussion, followed by 2 full days for voting. I will post the discussion and voting dates on each request.
